Meet our chief instructor Gerrit Scholtz
With 1,500+ commercial flight hours, Gerrit is a Transport Canada–certified Level 1 Complex RPAS Flight Reviewer who knows how to get results in the field and the classroom. He’s flown industry-leading platforms like the DJI Matrice M350/ M400, M4E and Elios 2/3 delivering precision data through Lidar, Photogrammetry, Bathymetry, confined space inspections, and specialized surveys.
Today, Gerrit shares his expertise as an Level 1 Complex Operations Trainer after years of hands-on work in construction, renewable energy, telecom, and government projects.
As Instructor Gerrit has trained and certified dozens of students over the last few years in both classroom and on site practical scenarios.
